What we do
The Pepper Pot Centre offers a wide range of culturally sensitive services designed to support the social, emotional, physical and psychological wellbeing of our members. Everything we do is grounded in respect, dignity, and a deep sense of cultural pride, ensuring that every individual feels valued, understood and supported.

Our Core Services

Community Support: We bring together community resources to support the socio-cultural, physical, emotional, and psychological needs of our members helping them enjoy a high quality of life and a strong sense of belonging.

Culturally Inclusive Services: While our primary focus is on Caribbean, African, and other Black and Minority Ethnic communities, our services are open to all residents across the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea and neighboring areas.

Day Care & Drop‑In Services: Members can access structured day care services or simply drop in for companionship, activities, and a freshly prepared hot meal in a friendly and supportive setting.

Recreational & Wellbeing Activities: Our vibrant programme includes outings, exchange visits, birthday celebrations, music and dance therapy, festive events, games, arts and crafts, digital inclusion sessions, and exercise classes.
We also offer activities tailored to dementia support, as well as physical and mental health and overall wellbeing.

Practical services : We provide essential day-to-day support, including transport, nutritious meals, outreach services, basic medical support, and care assistance.

Healthy Ageing: Our services promote independence, wellbeing and social connection, helping reduce the need for hospitalisation and long‑term care.
