The Pepper Pot Centre proudly delivers a vibrant, dementia‑friendly programme for older adults living in Harrow Road, Westbourne Park, and Queens Park. Our sessions support those experiencing early signs of dementia through creativity, movement, culture, and community connection.
About the Programme
Our weekly activities provide a safe, supportive space designed to:

Support cognitive function with dementia‑friendly resources

Offer relaxed social interaction and entertainment

Help prevent isolation, inactivity, and avoidable hospital admissions
The programme is ideal for individuals who are still living independently and benefit from gentle support and engagement.
