Exercise classes

At The Pepper Pot Centre we promote health and well-being through exercise classes as it is key to keeping fit and healthy. We provide Yoga and Chair Aerobic exercise classes that are suitable for all ages and fitness levels but specially designed for our members.

Regular physical activity is an extremely effective way to influence our health positively. It can help prevent illnesses and the deterioration of our bodies which are more prone to conditions such as heart disease and stroke as we age.

We strive to keep our members fit & healthy as this can improve their happiness and boost their independence.
